Owner/Operator
Must be at least 23 years of age

• Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
• Must have current DOT physical within last 12 months
• Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable driving experience
• Must have a stable work history for past 3 years
• Must present a professional image
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable accident within the past 3 years
• No felony convictions
• No alcohol or drug related convictions
• Power Unit must have passed a DOT inspection within past 6 months
• Power Equipment: 5 years old or newer
